The Independent Forester team has worked with the main forest plantation species (pines, eucalypts and acacias) and a range of high-value boutique species (sandalwood, mahogany and teak). The team has worked across a range of value chains: Pulp & Paper; Sawn Wood; Veneer and Ply; Bio-Energy and Bio-Materials; Essential Oils and Extractives.

Since 2024, Independent Forrester has been committed to the UN Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.
